Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy defines how Milkey subscription cancellations are handled and when refunds may be issued.
Effective date: March 1, 2026
Cancellation
- • You can request cancellation from the dashboard billing section for subscriptions created in-app.
- • Cancellation is applied at the end of the active billing cycle unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- • Access to paid features continues until the current paid period ends.
Refunds
- • Payments already processed are generally non-refundable.
- • Refund requests for duplicate charges or proven billing errors are reviewed case-by-case.
- • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method as per bank and payment provider timelines.
How to Request Support
- • For cancellation or refund support, email milkeymcp@gmail.com with your registered email and billing details.
- • Support requests are reviewed in the order received.
